Our hotel is wonderfully central and located quiet, between Mariahilfplatz and the Isar.
It is located in one of the last original Munich quarters, the "Au".
In just 15 minutes you can walk (or 10 minutes by bus) to the city center, at Marienplatz.
The Munich exhibition center and the congress center are only 20 minutes away by car.

The beautiful river Isar, with its gigantic recreational area, is only a three-minute walk away. There you can jog to your heart's content, go for a walk, take your dog out and even bathe in summer.
The Gasteig cultural center and the Muffathalle, where many concerts take place, are only 10 minutes away from the hotel.
You can reach the Deutsches Museum in just four minutes. In just one stop by bus (five minutes on foot) you are at the patent office.
Many different restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
